About Us

Kamlesh is qualified in Business studies and graduated with Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Advice Level 7 (GCNZIA) and also has many years of experience working in various law firms as Legal Exec. He holds single subject Certificate in Business Law, a Diploma in Company Law, and various other professional qualifications. He has also worked in various New Zealand Government Departments including Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) for almost 10 years.  

Operating his own Immigration practice for many years, has gained him valuable experience and knowledge relating to policy and Immigration law. Kamlesh is a Member of New Zealand Association for Migration & Investment (NZAMI) and is also a Licensed Immigration Adviser appointed under IAA in 2009.

In 1997 Kamlesh was appointed and sworn as a Justice of the Peace for New Zealand and in this role, has assisted many people in the community. 

Kamlesh is also member of these professional organisations:

• Registered under Professional Trade of New Zealand Gazette of Marriage Celebrants
• Member of the Celebrant Association of New Zealand (CANZ)
• Membership of The Institute of Commercial Management (UK)
• Panel Member of South Asian Crime and Crash Prevention (Counties Manukau)
